Where do you deliver?
Across 8 counties in Kenya and growing — Mombasa by rider the same day, other counties by express transport in an EPS cooler packed with ice. The cold chain is unbroken from Shimoni to your door, keeping fish fresh for up to 72 hours in transit.
How do I pay?
M-Pesa. Send your order on WhatsApp, we confirm the total — fish, cooler box, and transport — then you pay. Box and transport are charged at cost; we add nothing on top.
Is the fish really fresh?
When the Shimoni boats come in, we buy the catch the same day — directly from the fishermen, no middlemen. It's cleaned, iced, and packed within hours, not days.
How can I track my order?
Every order gets an order number and tracking code on your WhatsApp receipt. Enter both on the tracking page to see exactly where your catch is — and confirm when you receive it.
Can you clean and cut the fish for me?
Yes — every fish is cleaned to your preference: scaled, gutted, filleted, steaked, or left whole. Just say how you want it in your WhatsApp order.
