Fits a 5 kg cooler. Cleaned to your preference. Offer runs while the catch lasts.
Cooking for a crowd? We also build five ready-made boxes — from a week of family meals to a full wedding table.
Whole reef and ocean fish, cleaned to your preference — scaled, gutted, filleted, or left whole. Caught by the small boats of Shimoni.

KES 4,000 / kg Full details, cooking & storage →Every fish is looked over by hand before it is packed. These are the four things we check, and they are the same four you should check when it reaches you.
Then it is packed. On ice, in a sealed EPS cooler that holds cold for up to 72 hours. Mombasa goes the same day by rider; everywhere else travels by express courier or bus.
Do these four checks yourself when it arrives. If any of them fails, send one photograph within 24 hours and we replace the item or refund it — we never ask you to send fish back. Read the guarantee.
Built by us, so you don't have to guess. Every box is priced below what the same seafood costs on its own — and each one is balanced for a particular table: a wedding, a boil, a grill, a Sunday at home.
The box for ordinary weeks. A kilo of cocktail prawns for the pilau and the bhajia, and two mild white fish for the coconut sauce and the frying pan. Nothing showy — three kilos that cook easily and feed everybody.
Cocktail prawns are 80–100 pieces to the kilo — small, sweet, and made for rice.
The everyday box. Changu to fry whole on Sunday, pono for the coconut sauce midweek, and a kilo of cocktail prawns for the pilau. Four kilos that stretch across a week without anyone getting bored.
Cleaned and gutted unless you tell us otherwise. Everything lands the same morning.
Half a lobster each, prawns to begin, and calamari for the pan. It costs the same as a kilo of lobster on its own, but it arrives as a whole evening. Split the lobster, garlic butter, six minutes over the coals.
Want the whole lobster instead of half? Say so and we will build it that way.
Four things that behave well over fire. Tuna and kingfish cut into steaks that hold together on the grate, prawns that take four minutes, and octopus that comes off smoky and tender. No delicate fish, nothing that falls through the grill.
Cut into steaks by default. Say the word and we'll leave the fish whole.
For the houses that cook prawns properly. Cocktail for pilau and bhajia, S2 for the curry pot, tiger for the fire — so you find out what the sizes are actually for. The numbers are pieces to the kilo: fewer pieces, bigger prawn.
Peeled and deveined on request — remember peeling costs about 40% of the weight.
Four shells, one pot, newspaper on the table. Boil it with garlic, butter, pilipili and a squeeze of lime, tip it out in the middle and let everyone reach in. This is the box that turns dinner into an evening.
Shells on — that's where the flavour lives. Ask for cleaned in the prep notes if you'd rather.
On this coast, a wedding is judged by the table. This is the table — the whole ocean laid out at once: a kingfish big enough to carry the centre, lobster and crab for the eyes, tiger prawns and calamari for the hands. Six kilos, one delivery, nothing forgotten.
Ordering for a bigger crowd? Add two boxes — or message us and we'll build the quantity around your guest list.
Insulated EPS foam coolers that keep your seafood cold and protected for up to 72 hours in transit. Four sizes — 5, 10, 15 and 20 kg. Charged at cost, and entirely optional if you are collecting or bringing your own.

Two things travel with your fish: the cooler box, and the transport. You see the box price on this page. Transport is quoted on the size of that box — a 5 kg cooler costs less to move than a 20 kg one — and we pass it on at cost, with nothing added.
| Cooler size | Holds | Box price | Transport |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small | Up to 5 kg | KES 600 | Quoted at cost |
| Family | Up to 10 kg | KES 900 | Quoted at cost |
| Bulk | Up to 15 kg | KES 1,500 | Quoted at cost |
| Wholesale | Up to 20 kg | KES 2,000 | Quoted at cost |
Same-day delivery by rider once your order is packed. Rider payment is settled directly on delivery.
Express courier or bus in a sealed EPS cooler packed with ice, which holds temperature for up to 72 hours. We deliver to all 47 counties — routes further inland take longer, and we tell you the realistic time before you pay.
You always see the full total before you pay. However you order, we reply with the fish, the box and the transport as three separate lines. Nothing is charged until you have seen that number and said yes. If the transport looks wrong to you, say so — we will show you what the transporter charged us.
Fish prices may vary with season and the day's catch. Cooler box and transport charges are passed through at cost — we confirm your full total before you pay.
Peeled prawns lose about 40% of their weight to shell and head — you're billed on the weight you order, and receive the cleaned meat.
Cooler box & transport are confirmed before you pay, and charged at cost. Pay by M-Pesa after we confirm your order.
If anything arrives that isn't right — not fresh, short weight, wrong item — send us a photo within 24 hours and we replace it or refund that item. We never ask you to send fish back. Read the guarantee.
